You might be surprised to learn that in the Winter time it is cold, it also snows sometimes. 

To prove that, WRBL sent Weatherman Jeff Kelly out into the parking lot and you will not believe what he discovered. 

Kelly was able to find snow on the windshield of a car and just to show you how brave Kelly is..... now hold on to your seats.... he brushed the snow off with his hand!

No really! He did!
