The American bald ego Jim Cantore was set to land in Nashville to start reporting for The Weather Channel. 

The Tennessean tweeted out the news, telling its readers that the giant ego was headed to the Music City. 

But, then thanks to the weather gods, Nashville was spared a visit from The American Bald Ego.  

What is Nashville's gain is Indianapolis's loss.
