Two days ago, FTVLive told you how Rush Limbaugh said that local TV was hyping Hurricane Irma to get ratings and to make people run out and buy supplies. 

Limbaugh said this, "There is a symbiotic relationship between retailers and local media, and it's related to money."  He then said, "TV stations begin reporting this and the panic begins to increase" people go to "various stores to stock up."

If you tune into Limbaugh's show today, you won't hear him. See Rush Limbaugh lives in Florida and he has decided to evacuate with Irma bearing down on the state. 

On his show yesterday, Limbaugh said, “May as well — announce this,” I’m not going to get into details because of the security nature of things, but it turns out that we will not be able to do the program here tomorrow (Friday).”

Guess maybe some of the hype was warrented after all.
