It's not strange for people to send hate tweets directed at the Weather Anchor. If it rains on the weekend, or nasty weather for a child's baseball game, many will blame the Weather Anchor. 

But, WBZ (Boston) Weatherman Eric Fisher gets some hate tweets, he doesn't deserve. 

Many of the mean tweets are for Eric Fisher, but not that Eric Fisher. The Twitter hate is directed at Kansas City Chiefs offensive lineman Eric Fisher.

The Chiefs used their No. 1 draft pick on Fisher back in 2013 and the guy has been a big bust. The fans are not happy and they take to Twitter to let Eric Fisher know, they don't like him. 

Problem is, more often than not, they end up sending a tweet to Eric Fisher the Boston Weatherman. 

"I've been getting Eric Fisher tweets since he was drafted," Fisher said.

Despite the criticism, Fisher said he's got a deal for the Kansas City Chief who shares his name.

"If he's watching or gets whiff of this, my Twitter handle is for sale," Fisher said. "If he's interested in being the Eric Fisher, we'll see what we can do."
