KHSB (Kansas City) Reporter Steven Dial did a fun report about a local Octoberfest celebration. 

It was one of those simple, noncontroversial live shots that Reporters do across the country each and every day. 

But, after his live shot, Dial was sent this message: 

It appears that Richard, I'll call him DICK...it appears that DICK Boyden took some time out from buying tiki torches to send a racist email of hate to Steven Dial. 

Because Dial is an on air Reporter and very professional, he won't say it, but I will.
