Did a Memphis Station Really Ask That? Why Yes They Did

Jonathan Marotti was a volunteer firefighter in Earle, Arkansas, and he did not like the fact that some NFL Players were taking a knee in silent protest, during the national anthem at a football game.

So Marotti took to social media and posted his thoughts. He thinks that President Trump should post snipers at all the stadiums and when a player takes a knee, you take the player out. Also, if you don't agree with his idea, you should also be shot on sight.

Seems reasonable right?

Well, it appears that the folks at the fire department thought that asking the President to order NFL players murdered was not such a good idea and they fired Marotti (but wait, I thought it was a volunteer fire department?).

Anyway, WREG in Memphis wanted to know, should this guy that asked the President to kill NFL players really have been fired. WREG wanted to know, was this free speech? Or was it over the line?

Hmmmmm.... that's a tough one. Let's think about this for a sec. Is killing NFL players and also anyone else that does not agree with Jonathan Marotti free speech or over the line?

Alright, I admit, I'm stumped....so let me just take a wild guess and I'm going to say OVER THE FUCKING LINE YOU IDIOTS!

I have no clue who posted this question at WREG, but if they don't join Jonathan Marotti on the unemployment line by the end of the day, something isn't right.
