As Irma moved into Florida, the city of Ft. Pierce was one of the first to start seeing heavy flood waters. 

WPEC Reporter Erin MacPherson was headed back to her hotel to get some sleep when she found herself stuck in the rising water. 

The Ft. Pierce Police brought her into the police department, gave her some pizza and a place to sleep.

She and her Photog never made to the hotel.  Since this is a Sinclair station, we bet that Sinclair will demand that they get their money back.
