WPIX Reporter Mario Diaz is packing up his bags and is headed to Houston. 

He will be the new Investigative Reporter at KPRC in Houston. 

He'll be filling the position vacated by Jace Larson.

Diaz has been at WPIX since 2011.

WPIX is owned by Tribune and will likely soon be owned by Sinclair. Did someone get out just in the nick of time?
