I hate to break this to Tegna's WTSP in Tampa, but I'm fairly certain that is not a "new" photo. 

If it is, someone needs a new iPhone. 

New details maybe....but "new" photo? No. 

Oh! And by the way, I'm fairly certain this story is talking about Amelia Earhart and not Dale Earnhardt.
