It's Like it Will Never End....

Stop me if you have heard this before....

Fox News is being investigated on sexual harassment claims.

Yep, this time the state of New York is looking into the climate at Fox News.

The New York Daily News says that civil rights lawyer and activist Lisa Bloom told them that both she and her clients have been contacted by investigators from the New York State Division of Human Rights seeking information about their claims.

“They told me they are still in the preliminary stages of the investigation,” Bloom said. “And they’d like to talk to anybody that has information.”

Bloom’s clients include Wendy Walsh, Perquita Burgess and Caroline Heldman. All three have accused O’Reilly of sexual harassment.

Bloom said Walsh and Heldman have already spoken with investigators while Burgess intends to do so.

Rachelle Dickerson, a spokeswoman for the state Division of Human Rights, declined to comment on whether the agency is investigating Fox News.

News of the probe comes after Bloom in April sent a letter to the state agency stating that the Fox News workplace is a “cesspool of sexual harassment, intimidation and retaliation,” and should be investigated.

Fox News officials did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
