Come on! You had to see it....right? 

WOAY in West Virginia was doing a story about the EPA and their lack of cleaning up PCB's in one local area. 

In the story, twice they showed a brick wall with pipes coming out of it. But on the wall was this.....ummmmm..... art: 

Does no one not see that while shooting video or while editing the story. Or are dick drawings on walls so common in West Virginia, that no one even notices?
