News Director Kelly Woodard is putting out memos of Reporters leaving the station, almost as fast as she can type them. 

A few days ago, she put out this memo:

Then yesterday, she followed up with a twofer: 

All three mentioned in the memos are Reporters, which means that the station is down 3 Reporters in less than a week.
