Just about every day, especially during ratings, you can find examples of TV stations doing things that just make you shake your head.

Take a look at WKRG-TV in Mobile, Alabama. Keep in mind, this is an INVESTIGATION. We'll go out on a limb and guess that most younger people feel there SHOULD be restrictions; until, of course, they get older.

But what's up with the graphic? Do the emoticons mean at 70 you're an angry driver, at 80 you're a little nervous and at 90, woohoo?
