Despite the fact that CNN boss Jeff Zucker says that this is CNN's "Golden Age", the ratings just do not show that. 

Looking at the weekly ratings from last week, Fox News continues to top the ratings and is the number on channel on cable. 

MSNBC has surged this year and continues to climb. CNN is stuck in last place. 

Here is a break down of the numbers from Nielsen:

FNC ranked #1 in primetime (2,340,000 P2+) and #1 in total day (1,412,000 P2+)
MSNBC ranked #3 in primetime (1,825,000 P2+) and #3 in total day (1,005,000 P2+)
CNN ranked #8 in primetime (1,191,000 P2+) and #4 in total day (841,000 P2+)
