A BBC Anchor that was covering the terror attacks yesterday, was caught on camera making a "throat slashing" gesture when the wrong video aired. 

Since the story they were covering involved a stabbing it was an unfortunate mistake that she gave the "cut" sign on camera.

After being caught on camera, she tried to smile it off....which also was akward.
