When I got my start in this business has a News Photographer, I used to tell Reporters that without me, it's not TV, It's radio. 

Being a Photog was still the best job I ever had in TV news. Sadly, it didn't pay as well as many other jobs in news and I moved on to those. 

But, in my heart, I'll always be a Shooter. 

That's why it warms my heart to watch this promo for the News Photographers at KING in Seattle. It's not often that the Photogs get the props they deserve and it's nice to see when it does happen.
