Oregon Reporter on ABC's "The Bachelor"

She works as a Sports Reporter for NBC Sports Northwest, but you may be seeing a lot of her on ABC soon.

Bri Amaranthus is taking some time out from reporting on the Oregon Ducks and the Portland Trail Blazers to find true love.

Ok....maybe not true love.

Amaranthus will appear with 28 other women trying to win the love of Arie Luyendyk Jr. on The Bachelor.

It is at this point, I would write how The Bachelor works and what the show is all about, but since I have never seen a single second of this show, I'll skip that part.

According to ABC, Amaranthus is 25 years old,  5'5," and has no tattoos.

ABC has the women competing on the show answer a variety of questions.

Here are some of the highlights of what Amaranthus had to say:

Q: What is your greatest achievement to date?

A: Putting myself together after heartache and winning an Emmy!

Q: Lunch with three people, alive or dead, and what would you order?

A: Barack Obama, my grandma (miss her so much), Audrey Hepburn. I'd order a round of shots!

Q: Describe your idea of the ultimate date:

A: Great conversation, fun activity, good glass of wine with a view.

Then this part of the story is where you write what day and time Bachelor airs. But, since I have no clue about that, I'll skip that as well.

I should close it out with some snarky comment about how the hell winning an Emmy is your "greatest achievement" but it's the holidays, so I'll be nice and let that comment go.

Even though I kind of what to post this gif:
