NBC O&O WCAU in Philly shows that they are willing to resort to bribery to get viewers to watch their station. 

We expect this kind of crap from a Nexstar station, but this is an NBC O&O for God sake. 

Also, since it is an NBC O&O, you would expect them to offer up more than $500.
