WOWK (West Virginia) threw it live to Photographer "Cody" for a live report on the snow and Cody was clueless. 

But he did just drive down a "heel" and didn't even put his foot on the gas while going down the "heel". 

Can someone please explain gravity to Cody and why his car rolls down hill....errrrrr.... heel.
