This is Alex Love; an intern getting ready to enter the broadcast field. Something happened to his tripod and at the last moment, he needed to improvise. Not too bad. That's probably the most action those Health books have seen in a long time.

Couple of things though, Alex: 1) that chair is dangerously close to the edge of the riser. There's no quicker way to get written up than coming back with a broken camera and 2) you need a light on your face. Your ND won't care you overcame the tripod obstacle if your face is in shadows. All in all, nice job!
