The week before the February book starts, Meredith is heading into it without their news director.

The staff at WSMV-TV was told Jim Gilchriest is no longer with the station. He'd only been there 18-months.

No word on why or who is in the bullpen to replace Gilchriest, but it's awfully weird to have that change right before the book.
