Insiders at WCHS (Charleston, West Virginia) tell FTVLive that the Sinclair station held a meeting to inform the staff that there would be no layoffs at the station, like there were at other Sinclair stations. 

It was welcome news to a nervous staff. 

But, after they were told that news, Anchor Stefano DiPietrantonio was called in and told he was being let go.
