Not many details to report as of yet, but sources are telling FTVLive that WTSP GM Elliott Wiser has "resigned" from the Tegna station. 

WTSP has struggled in the ratings and outside consultants have been brought into the station by Tegna earlier this month and sources tell FTVLive that Joel Cheatwood and his Red Seat team are back at WTSP this week. 

Wiser was named GM of WTSP in June 2013, he came from BayNews 9, the cable news station in Tampa.
