Fernando Mejia is a Reporter with KXTX the Telemundo station in Dallas. 

On a very cold night in Dallas, Mejia saw a homeless man walking without a coat. The Reporter took off his own coat and gave to to the man. 

That started KXTX and sister station KXAS to launch a coat drive to help more people in need stay warm this Winter. 

Which sure beats putting a bottle of water out in the cold.
