Pervert Weatherman Gets Out of Prison and Goes Right Back In
You may remember, WPTV (West Palm Beach) Weatherman Rob Lopicola was arrested and convicted of having sex with underage boys.
Well, Lopicola has served his time and was released from state prison, but he didn't walk out a free man.
Gossip Extra reports that Lopicola was immediately shipped to a federal facility in downtown Miami, where he has another nine months to serve for unrelated wire fraud.
Barring bad behavior at the Federal Detention Center Miami, Lopicola will be there until July 7.
He then is expected to be transferred to a halfway house, probably in West Palm Beach, for another nine months, according to paperwork.
Lopicola’s original legal trouble started when a young teenager reported meeting Lopicola on a gay cruising app and meeting him for sex, including once at the house of the teen’s mother while she worked.
In time, Lopicola was tried and was found guilty of using a computer to entice a child to have sex and lewd and lascivious conduct with a child under 16 by a Palm Beach County jury in late 2013.
If you ask us, he deserves to be in jail a bit longer, like maybe 50 years longer.
