Miami News Crew Involved in Hit and Run Crash
A WTVJ News crew was involved in a hit and run car crash yesterday.
WTVJ Reporter Marissa Bagg and Photographer Ross Noble were approaching a Miami intersection shortly before 1 PM when they were T-boned by a hit by a driver who left the scene.
Good Samaritans stopped the driver, identified as Traviss Miller, near the scene of the crash, where he was eventually taken into custody by police.
Hollywood Police said Miller stole the black Jeep used in the crash.
Noble and Bagg were treated at the scene by Hollywood Fire Rescue.
Miller is charged with possesion of a stolen vehicle, leaving the scene of an accident with property damage and open container of an alcoholic beverage. He could also be charged with driving under the influence, pending tests.
