Al Roker returns to the Today Show this morning with a new part. 

Roker has been off the show, after undergoing knee replacement. While Roker was on the sidelines, having his knee replaced, the Today Show was doing some surgery of it's own. 

NBC has cut Billy Bush from the show and word is that Roker was more than happy to see him go.   In Bush's first week on air, he and Roker got into it over the Ryan Lochte lies. 

BTW- If you were worried about Al Periscoping while he was driving to work, don't be. Roker gets  chauffeured to his job....you know....just like all of us. 

Break a leg Al.....ummmmmm.... sorry maybe a bad choice of words.
