No Prime Time Slot for Tapper at CNN

Jake Tapper left ABC News for a gig at CNN with new boss Jeff Zucker.

Many expected that with Tapper leaving the Mouse House, he would be getting a plum prime time gig at CNN.

That's not the case.

CNN has announced that Tapper's new weekday program called "The Lead" will air at 4 p.m.

4PM? Really?

Not sure I would have bolted ABC for an afternoon gig at CNN.

Tapper's show will hit the air March 1st and will be based out of Washington, DC.
